Booking With Go Fish Education
If you are unable to attend a paid for workshop or event, you are advised to cancel via email on hello@gofisheducation.com at the earliest opportunity.
You are entitled to a full refund for any cancellations made more than 5 days before the start of an event. If you cancel less than 5 days before the start of the event, you will be offered a credit note which can be used as full or part-payment towards another event in the future. Strictly no refunds are provided after the event has taken place.
Your payment is taken on our secure website using the Stripe payment gateway. No card details are stored by me, and all your data is safe. You’ll notice that we have a padlock in the address bar, this indicates that all transmitted information will be cure and encrypted.
If you book online with us for the first time, you will receive an email from us which will enable you to create an account online. You should click the link within the email and you can create your own password. Then, should you wish to book again, you can simply login, and your details will be pre-filled.
You’ll also get another email which provides your purchase and acts as your receipt and acts as your confirmation.
Please note that this transaction will appear on your Bank Statement as being from “GO FISH EDUCATION”. If you have any queries over the payment, please contact me and I will be pleased to answer them.
